Atelier Gabriella is honoured to create and deliver heirloom garments for families throughout Australia and around the world.

Processing & Production Times

All Atelier Gabriella garments are made to order. Please allow approximately 10-12 weeks for production prior to dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Production time does not include shipping or delivery timeframes.

Australian Shipping

We offer shipping Australia wide. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.

Secure Delivery

As each Atelier Gabriella piece is a handcrafted heirloom garment, all orders are shipped via registered post and require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your order is delivered securely and can be tracked throughout its journey.

If no one is available to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery, it will be redirected to your local postal carrier or collection point for pickup. Customers are responsible for collecting their parcel within the timeframe specified by the carrier.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your parcel's journey and delivery progress.

International Shipping 

We proudly offer worldwide shipping.

International delivery timeframes vary by destination and customs processing times. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or charges imposed by their country.

Atelier Gabriella is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Delays

While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives promptly, Atelier Gabriella cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

We recommend allowing additional time when ordering for a specific event or christening date.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Atelier Gabriella cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping provider. Should your parcel be lost or damaged in transit, we will assist where possible with lodging enquiries or claims with the carrier.
