Return & Refund Policy

At Atelier Gabriella, each garment is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order specifically for your family. Due to the bespoke nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, postponed events, cancelled ceremonies, or any other change in personal circumstances.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, lead times, and order details prior to placing an order.

Made-to-Order Garments

All Atelier Gabriella garments are made to order. Production commences shortly after your order is placed, and materials may be sourced specifically for your garment. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, amended, exchanged, or refunded. 

As all Atelier Gabriella garments are made to order, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be provided for any unforeseen circumstances.

By placing an order and completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted our Returns & Refund Policy and our no returns and no refunds policy for our garments.

Sizing

As all garments are made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds due to incorrect sizing selections. We recommend reviewing our sizing guide carefully before placing your order. If you require assistance, we are happy to help prior to purchase.

Handmade Nature of Our Garments

Every Atelier Gabriella garment is handcrafted and may feature slight variations in embellishments, embroidery placement, fabric pattern, lace motifs, pearl placement, or finishing details. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade heirloom garments and are not considered faults.

Product Photography & Colour Variations

We make every effort to display our products, fabrics, and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions, and individual screen settings. Minor variations between images and the finished garment are not considered faults.

Faults & Quality Concerns

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every garment we create. In the unlikely event that your item arrives with a fault in workmanship or materials, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

To assist with your enquiry, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the concern

Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution. Should a fault be identified, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper storage, or damage caused after delivery are not considered faults.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non refundable. Atelier Gabriella is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
