This personalised appointment allows you to view our heirloom baptism and christening collection, experience the craftsmanship of each piece, and receive styling advice for your little one's special day.

Where are your gowns made?
All Atelier Gabriella gowns are thoughtfully designed and handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail, using carefully selected fabrics and heirloom-quality finishes.
Are your gowns made to order?
Yes. Each gown is made to order, allowing us to create a beautiful heirloom piece especially for your family.
What is the lead time?
Please allow approximately 10-12 weeks for production, excluding shipping times. We recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure your gown arrives in time for your celebration.
What sizes do you offer?
Our gowns are available in sizes 0000, 000, 00 and 0. If you require assistance selecting the correct size, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Do your gowns include accessories?
Each gown listing details what is included with the design. Most of our styles include coordinating accessories such as bonnets, booties and headbands.
Can I request a custom design?
We welcome bespoke enquiries. Please contact us to discuss your vision and we will advise whether a custom design is available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout.
What if I need my gown sooner?
If your baptism date is approaching, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your timeline where possible.
How should I care for my gown?
Due to the delicate fabrics and embellishments used, we recommend professional dry cleaning or specialist garment care to preserve your gown for future generations.
Can I return my gown?
As each Atelier Gabriella piece is made to order specifically for your family, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or cancelled events.
By placing an order and completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept our no returns and no refunds policy. We encourage customers to carefully review all product details, sizing information, and lead times prior to purchasing.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives with a fault in workmanship or materials, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order so we can review and assist accordingly.
